Our Commitment to Accessibility
The Hydro Drip Bar — Gluta Hub is committed to ensuring that our website and clinic locations are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to health and wellness services, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility of our digital and physical environments.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who are blind or have low vision, deaf or hard of hearing, or have cognitive or motor impairments.
Our physical clinic locations are designed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable California accessibility regulations under the Unruh Civil Rights Act.
Website Accessibility Features
Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and alt text on images to support screen reader navigation.
All interactive elements are navigable via keyboard for users who cannot use a mouse.
Text sizes use relative units (rem/clamp) to scale appropriately with browser zoom settings.
Fully responsive layout that works across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Text and background color combinations meet WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements.
Skip-to-content links help screen reader and keyboard users bypass repetitive navigation.
Physical Clinic Accessibility
All three of our California clinic locations are designed to accommodate clients with physical disabilities:
- Wheelchair-accessible entrances and treatment areas
- Accessible parking spaces at each location
- Treatment chairs that can be adjusted for clients with mobility limitations
- Staff trained to assist clients with disabilities throughout their visit
- Accessible restroom facilities
If you have specific accessibility needs or require accommodations for your visit, please call us in advance at (951) 319-2382 so we can prepare appropriately.
Known Limitations
While we strive to maintain full accessibility, we acknowledge that some areas of our website may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve any accessibility barriers. Known areas of ongoing improvement include:
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g., Google Maps iframes) may have limited accessibility controls
- Certain older PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader optimized
We are committed to addressing these issues as we continue to improve our digital presence.

ADA & California Law Compliance
The Hydro Drip Bar is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III, which requires places of public accommodation to provide equal access to goods, services, and facilities. We also comply with the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, which provides broad protections against disability-based discrimination in business establishments.
If you believe you have experienced a violation of your rights under the ADA or California accessibility laws, please contact us directly so we can address the issue. You also have the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice or the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH).
